Taco John'sŪ has and continues to utilize Stuart's expertise on menu pricing. Our management team considered this information so important that we requested that Stuart present the highlights of effective menu pricing at our annual Franchisee Convention.
Additionally, QSR Consulting Group has worked on in-depth projects focusing on Menu Analysis...digging into the strengths and weaknesses of our current menu and how those affect our operations and profits. This nearly half year project led to new areas of focus in Taco John'sŪ new menu item development and menu analysis process.
The Menu Analysis project subsequently spiraled into a Transaction Analysis study that allowed Taco John's management team to evaluate how each menu item impacted transaction profitability. Stuart's recommendations (based on conclusive data) for enhancing transaction profitability have created an opportunity to test alternative approaches for profitability enhancement that might not have otherwise been considered.
